The 5th Alpe Adria Cuisine Days in Klagenfurt were presented, as well as a new business networking format that will celebrate its premiere in Ljubljana in May 2023: Alpe-Adria CONNECT.

Representatives from business, politics and management met and discussed at the Business Brunch:

"Alpe Adria: economic or culinary destination?" What are the current challenges between Carinthia and Slovenia between the energy crisis, the threat of recession and the necessary future-oriented cooperation. The meeting was accompanied by two outstanding chefs:

Mojmir Siftar Young Chef of the Year at Jeunesse Restaurateur & Chef at PEN Club Ljubljana and Christian Cabalier, former youngest star chef in Switzerland & Chef at Kochwerkstatt Klagenfurt..
